Our Tile Installation Process

STEP ONE: Design & Installation On-Site Consultation

  • Explore your needs and design ideas for your project
  • Assess your home style and inspect substrates when feasible
  • Detailed measurements and "before" photographs
  • Create a sketch of the tile layout with relevant specifications
  • Prepare a project timeframe and written estimate

STEP TWO: Materials Selection & Planning

  • Order tiles if already selected, or schedule a trip to the tile showroom
  • Choose grout, caulk, tile edges, floor transitions and other finish materials
  • Commit to an installation schedule

STEP THREE: Installation

  • Complete a logistic checklist (working hours, parking, contacts during construction etc)
  • Update you on the job progress san mutually consult if unexpected issues arise

STEP FOUR: Completion

  • Provide you specs, warranties and maintenance kit
  • Review care instructions and maintenance plan
  • Take "after" photographs
  • Maintenance tune-ups at twelve months from completion
