Return and Refund Policy

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery, at HOLLSPA’s discretion. Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Custom or special-order products are not returnable.

Before returning any product, please contact HOLLSPA at support@hollspa.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs and for the product until it is received by HOLLSPA. A 25% restocking fee applies to accepted returns.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned product has been received and inspected, less the 25% restocking fee. Original expedited shipping charges, if any, are not refundable. Standard shipping originally provided at no charge will not be deducted from the refund.
