These terms apply to purchases made from HOLLSPA, a brand of Holland Bath & Spa Inc., through hollspa.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment
Prices and product availability may change without notice. The price in effect when you place your order will appear in your order confirmation. Applicable taxes and any additional shipping charges, such as expedited shipping, will be shown during checkout. Payment must be received before an order is processed. Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible; we may not be able to make changes once the order has entered processing or shipping.

Shipping and returns
Standard shipping may be included with certain products as stated on the website. Expedited or other special shipping arrangements may involve additional charges. Delivery dates are estimates, and HOLLSPA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Returns are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Warranty
Products covered by a HOLLSPA Limited Warranty are subject to the terms and limitations of that warranty. The Limited Warranty describes the remedies available for defects in materials or workmanship.
